NEW YORK (Reuters) - Walt Disney and Comcast are seeking to hire a financial adviser to resolve a dispute over how to value the 33% stake in streaming platform Hulu that the former will acquire from the latter, according to people familiar with the matter.

CAIRO (Reuters) -Hamas said on Monday that it had accepted a Gaza ceasefire proposal from Egypt and Qatar.
The Islamist faction said in a statement that its chief, Ismail Haniyeh, had informed Qatar's prime minister and Egypt's intelligence chief of its acceptance of their proposal.
There were no immediate details over what the agreement entailed.

BLANTYRE (Reuters) - A court in Malawi has dropped corruption charges against the country's Vice President Saulos Klaus Chilima, clearing a legal hurdle over his potential candidacy in next year's presidential election.
