(Reuters) -Shares of Waystar fell 2.3% below their initial public offering price in their Nasdaq Global Select Market debut on Friday, giving the healthcare payments company a valuation of $3.50 billion.
The company's stock opened at $21, slightly below the IPO price of $21.50, which was at the mid-point of its targeted range of $20 and $23.

(Reuters) - Walgreens Boots Alliance has shelved plans for a potential initial public offering of its UK-based Boots drugstore chain as sale talks continue, Bloomberg News reported on Friday citing people with knowledge of the matter.

CAIRO (Reuters) - Yemen's Houthis launched two military operations targeting two vessels in the Red Sea, the Iran-aligned group's military spokesman Yahya Saree said on Friday.
The Houthi militia, which controls the most populous parts of Yemen, has staged attacks on ships in the waters off the country for months in solidarity with Palestinians fighting Israel in Gaza.

(Reuters) - Yelp can pursue a lawsuit accusing a reputation management company of fraudulently advertising its ability to remove "bad" reviews from the business review website.
In a decision late Thursday night, U.S. District Judge William Alsup in San Francisco said Yelp can pursue trademark infringement and unfair competition claims against ReviewVio, which operates as Dandy.
