WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Jeff Bezos' space firm Blue Origin is scheduled on Sunday to launch its first crew of humans to the edge of space since the company's suborbital New Shepard rocket was grounded in 2022, resuming its space tourism business.
Six people seated in a capsule atop Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket were expected to liftoff sometime from 9:30 a.m. ET from the company's Van Horn, Texas launch facilities.

KHARKIV, Ukraine (Reuters) - Russian air strikes killed at least four and injured eight others in Ukraine's northeastern city of Kharkiv on Sunday, local officials said.
Reuters correspondents at the scene of the strike saw a recreation area destroyed after what rescuers at the scene said was a powerful blast, followed by a second, "double tap" strike about fifteen minutes later.

KABUL (Reuters) - At least 47 people have died after continued heavy rain and flooding in northern Afghanistan, an official said on Sunday, a day after a similar number were killed in a central province.
Shamsudden Mohammedi, head of the information department for Faryab province in the north, told Reuters at least 300 hundred houses were destroyed, based on initial reports.
