JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has in the past week faced a request by the ICC prosecutor for an arrest warrant to be issued against him over the Gaza war, public rebukes by cabinet partners and a threat by one to quit.
The decision by the International Criminal Court's prosecutor is unlikely to do Netanyahu much harm among voters, and has for now rallied many Israelis behind him.

GENEVA (Reuters) - The head of the World Health Organization called on Tuesday for Israel to lift restrictions on aid into Gaza saying that the primary pipeline for emergency medical aid into the enclave from Egypt had been cut off.

(Reuters) - U.S. households continued to feel pinched by inflation in late 2023 even as price pressures ebbed, the Federal Reserve reported on Tuesday, with most Americans saying their financial situation had changed little in the last year, while parents reported times had gotten harder.
About 72% of adults were doing at least okay financially as of October 2023, the Fed's annual survey on household economics and decision-making showed.
