Reddit CEO beneficially owns 61.5% of class A shares, regulatory filing shows May 3, 2024 06:18PM

(Reuters) - Reddit co-founder and CEO Steve Huffman beneficially owns 62.4 million Class A shares of the social media company, a regulatory filing showed on Friday.

Those shares were equivalent to 61.5% of the share class, based on a calculation that includes factors such as the right to acquire more shares by exercising stock options and the conversion of Class B shares into Class A shares, according to the filing.

Luminar to cut nearly 20% jobs as part of restructuring May 3, 2024 06:16PM

(Reuters) - Luminar Technologies, a maker of lidar sensors for self-driving cars, said on Friday that it would cut its workforce by about 20%, as part of a restructuring plan for the current year.

As of December last year, the company had nearly 800 full-time employees in the U.S., Germany, Sweden, India and China.

China's Zeekr seeks up to $5.13 billion valuation in US IPO May 3, 2024 05:21PM

(Reuters) -Electric vehicle maker Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding said on Friday it was targeting a valuation of up to $5.13 billion in its U.S. initial public offering (IPO), the first major floatation by a China-based company in more than two years.

Zeekr is looking to raise up to $367.5 million by selling 17.5 million American depositary shares (ADSs) priced between $18 and $21 each.
