SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australia's independent wage-setting body on Monday raised the national minimum wage by 3.75%, largely in line with inflation, as families tackle soaring living costs.
The minimum rate will rise to A$24.10 ($16.05) per hour from July 1, resulting in an extra A$33 per week for about a fifth of the Australian workforce or about 2.6 million employees.

(Reuters) - The executive editor of the Washington Post, Sally Buzbee, the first woman to lead the newspaper's newsroom, has stepped down from her role, the publication said on Sunday.

MANILA (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy will have a bilateral meeting with Philippine President Marcos Jr. at the presidential palace in Manila on Monday, the Philippines' presidential communications office said.
Photos from the press pool showed Zelenskiy signing a presidential guest book as Marcos looked on, and Ukrainian and Philippine officials shaking hands ahead of their meeting.

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico's ruling Morena party and a coalition of opposition parties on Sunday both declared that internal polls showed their respective candidates had won enough votes to become Mexico City's next mayor.
Morena's national president Mario Delgado told supporters after polls closed that Clara Brugada had won the contest according to the party's internal exit polls.
