(OTCBB: SSMG) announced that effective today the Company began operating under its new name, Sunrise Solar Corporation, and the Company's common stock began trading under its new ticker symbol "SSLR." Additionally, a 1:5 reverse split of the Company's common stock, approved by the shareholders on May 5, 2008, went into effect at market open today.
