Board of directors declare second quarter dividend of $0.31 per share
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE: STJ), a global medical device company, today announced that its board of directors declared a second quarter dividend of $0.31 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first quarter of 2016 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.62 per common share. The dividend is payable on July 29, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2016.
