ScotiaFunds Expands Investment Options

TORONTO, ON -- (Marketwired) -- 02/04/16 -- ScotiaFunds today announced expanded options for investors seeking greater tax efficiency and regular cash flow from their non-registered assets. The additions include four new Scotia Partners Portfolio Class funds. As well, ScotiaFunds announced today seven new Series T options for income-seeking investors of Scotia Partners trust funds and INNOVA trust funds. ScotiaFunds are managed by 1832 Asset Management L.P.

Scotia Partners Portfolios strategically blend a diversified mix of mutual funds from some of Canada's prominent investment companies in the convenience of a single investment. The new funds include Series A and Series T options for Scotia Partners Portfolios Class funds and the new Series T options are offered by Scotia Partners Portfolios and Scotia INNOVA Portfolios. Each Scotia Partners Portfolio Class fund is offered as a separate class of shares within the Scotia Corporate Class Fund structure.
