Rhino Resource Partners (RNO) Files $460M IPO
Rhino Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: RNO) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $460 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "RNO".
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and RBC Capital Markets.
Rhino Resource Partners is a growth-oriented Delaware corporation formed to control and operate coal properties and related assets. The company has a geographically diverse asset base with coal reserves located in Central Appalachia, Northern Appalachia, the Illinois Basin and the Western Bituminous region.
