ProPetro Schedules First Quarter 2020 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call

MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ProPetro Holding Corp. (“ProPetro”) (NYSE: PUMP) today announced that it will issue its first quarter 2020 earnings release on Monday, June 1, 2020 after the close of trading. ProPetro will host a conference call on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 8:00 AM Central Time to discuss its first quarter results.

Form 10-Q Delay

The Company’s deadline for filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 is May 11, 2020, and the Company does not expect to file such report, or any other quarterly or annual reports, by that date. As previously noted, the Company expects to become current in its filing obligations with the SEC by July 15, 2020.
