Polish Tax Advisory Firm Extends Reach Internationally Through Alliott Group

Top 20 international association of accounting and law firms Alliott Group has admitted FL Tax, one of Poland's Top 30 tax practices, to its worldwide membership. Entry into Alliott Group enables FL Tax to add depth and breadth to the services available to its growing international client base.

Founded in 2011 by two former Big Four tax practitioners Pawel Falkowski and Kamil Lewandowski, FL Tax is a relatively new but highly ambitious and fast-growing firm that offers a wide range of tax advisory services to domestic and internationally focused companies and to high net worth individuals. The firm has 22 employees.

Much of the firm's tax practice is cross border focused and deals with M&A transactions, tax efficient planning and structuring, financing and profit distribution, direct and indirect taxes, as well as national and international tax compliance.
