HOUSTON, Oct. 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering" or the "Company") (NYSE: OII) announced today that it plans to report financial results for the third quarter 2015 on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, after the close of the New York Stock Exchange.

The Company has scheduled a conference call that will be webcast to discuss its third quarter 2015 results on Thursday, October 29, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Daylight Time.
