Mutual of Omaha Mortgage Expands to Florida

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mutual of Omaha Mortgage recently expanded to Florida, establishing a branch office in Tampa to serve customers in the greater Tampa-St. Petersburg metropolitan area, President Terry Connealy announced.

Formed by joint venture partners Mutual of Omaha Bank and Dallas-based PrimeLending Ventures Management, LLC, Mutual of Omaha Mortgage offers a wide range of home financing products and services through a growing number of full-service locations and a national call center.

Mortgage industry veteran Carmen Inclan (NMLS 437127) has been named Florida Branch Manager. Based out of offices in the Mutual of Omaha Bank building at 5401 W. Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa, Inclan will be responsible for all Mutual of Omaha Mortgage retail branches in the state.

Prior to joining Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, Inclan held senior positions with Raymond James Bank, Fifth Third Bank and Homebanc Mortgage Corp.
