Morrison Cohen LLP Announces Steven H. Weitzen Rejoins Firm as Of Counsel

Firm Adds New Associate

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Morrison Cohen LLP announced today that Steven H. Weitzen has rejoined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department.

Weitzen advises both public and private companies, financial institutions, investment banks and investors in finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and securities and commercial matters. He has broad experience as a corporate and transactions attorney in private practice as well as in-house experience as general counsel.

Before joining Morrison Cohen, Weitzen was Of Counsel in Pavia & Harcourt LLP’s commercial and corporate practice group. He practiced at Morrison Cohen earlier in his career.
