Merrill Corporation Names Mark Williams Senior Vice President of Americas Enterprise Sales

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Merrill Corporation (www.merrillcorp.com), a global provider of secure content sharing, regulated communications and compliance services, has appointed Mark R. Williams as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the Americas Eastern Region, including Latin America.

In this new role, Williams will be tasked with growing and enhancing the effectiveness of the company’s sales organization, working closely with Todd Albright, Merrill’s Chief Revenue Officer and Mark Rossi, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the Americas Western Region. Williams will be based out of Merrill’s New York City office.

Williams joins Merrill from SmartFocus, a global cloud-marketing platform, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. With more than fifteen years of experience in sales leadership positions, Williams previously led sales at Kno Inc., an Andreessen Horowitz portfolio company acquired by Intel (NASDAQ: INTC), and at IntraLinks, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President Americas and worldwide head of Global Accounts. Earlier in his career, Williams held roles with SAS, Opera Software and Chordiant Software.

Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Humberside University in England. Outside of his career, Williams enjoys spending time with his family and competing in marathons.
