Siborg partners with Corporacion 80951, S.R.L., a limited liability company that was formed and exists under the laws of the Dominican Republic, registered in municipality of Sosúa, province of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic to acquire Condominium "Los Balcones Luxury Residences" in Sosúa.

Siborg offers two properties in Sosua in Dominican Republic : a one-bedroom studio apartment located in the gated community in Playa Laguna named La Casita, and the newly acquired Los Balcones right on the beach in Sosua.

La Casita offers guests a private vacation rental in a gated community only 300 yards from the beach. Located on a tree-lined property, the 275 sq.ft. free-standing studio apartment features a kitchenette, full bathroom, open living space and an outdoor patio with a semi-private beach access. Only a 15 minute drive from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP), La Casita is close to all amenities including shopping, restaurants, nightspots and tourist attractions.

The property is surrounded by private gardens and has a pool and cliff-side jacuzzi, with private access to the semi-private beach shared with Casa Marina Reef Resort.

Right in the heart of Sosua, Los Balcones is only 15 minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP), and offers amenities such as:

The property does not have a maid service during your stay, but may be negotiated upon booking. A security deposit is required upon booking, which can be refunded up to 30 days before arrival for short term rentals. Security deposit refunds for long term rentals are negotiable.
