Huntsman Corporation Executive to Join Savage’s Board of Directors

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Savage is pleased to announce that J. Kimo Esplin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Huntsman Corporation, will be joining the Company’s Board of Directors on October 1, 2016.

Prior to his appointment as Huntsman Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer in 1999, Mr. Esplin served as Huntsman’s Treasurer from 1994 to 1999. He was previously a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Esplin also serves as a Director of Nutraceutical International Corporation. He and his wife Kaye are the parents of eight children.

Mr. Esplin earned his MBA degree at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. He is currently a member of the BYU Marriott School’s National Advisory Council.

The addition of Mr. Esplin to the Savage Board significantly strengthens and diversifies the Company’s governance.
