Hudson Technologies’ Riyaz Papar Named ASHRAE Fellow

PEARL RIVER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) has announced that Riyaz Papar, PE, CEM - Director of Global Energy Services for the Company, has been elevated to the Fellow Grade of membership in ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers). ASHRAE is a global society of engineering professionals whose mission is to advance the arts and sciences of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) to serve humanity and promote a sustainable world. Mr. Papar’s elevation to Fellow Grade is in recognition of his having achieved distinction and having made substantial contributions in the HVAC&R industry for the past 25 years.

To be elevated to the Fellow Grade, individuals must be a full grade member of the organization for at least ten years, be nominated by another member with support from current Fellows and sponsors, and undergo a peer review by the ASHRAE Honors and Awards Committee. An individual elevated to Fellow Grade is seen by his/her peers as a person of excellence and as having made substantial contributions to the industry which had a notable, unique and positive impact in HVAC&R industry.
