Greenberg Traurig Expands Health Care Practice with Addition of Mark L. Mattioli in Philadelphia

(PRWEB) September 01, 2015 -- Mark L. Mattioli has joined the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Philadelphia office as shareholder in the Health & FDA Business Practice. Mattioli joins the firm from Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, where he chaired the heath care practice group.

Mattioli provides regulatory, transactional, and compliance guidance to hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers in a variety of areas, including antitrust, health care reform, managed care contracting, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, health information privacy and security under HITECH and HIPAA, and medical staff credentialing. He has extensive experience in counseling health care clients when they confront inquiries, audits, and investigations from governmental agencies, including the Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General, and the Department of Health and Human Services, and in litigating matters in health law and other highly regulated industries.
