Mattioli will present at the American Society of Appraisers Healthcare Special Interest Group's (HSIG) two-day Healthcare Advanced Valuation Course. The course will take place May 6-7, 2016, at the Hilton St. Louis Frontenac in St. Louis, Missouri.

The course, "The Four Pillars of the Healthcare Industry: A Review of the Reimbursement, Regulatory, Competitive, and Technological Environment for Healthcare Valuation," will teach valuation professionals the history and development of healthcare under its current reform. In addition, the course will discuss the unique dynamics of emerging healthcare organizations in order for attendees to obtain the background required to forecast future performance of their clients in the healthcare industry.

Mattioli provides regulatory, transactional, and compliance guidance to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in a variety of areas, including antitrust, healthcare reform, managed care contracting, reimbursement, fraud, and health information privacy and security, and medical staff credentialing. He has litigated numerous cases involving healthcare entities in antitrust, False Claims Act, breach of privacy, and commercial disputes with other providers.
