TUCKER, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GMS Inc. (NYSE: GMS) (the “Company”), a leading North American specialty distributor of interior building products, announced today that it will release its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended April 30, 2019 before the market opens on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, June 27, 2019. A conference call will be held that same day at 8.30 a.m. eastern time to review financial results, discuss recent events and conduct a question-and-answer session.
