Dividend Select 15 Corp. Completes Overnight Offering of $17,595,000
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/09/15 -- Dividend Select 15 Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has completed an overnight offering of 1,700,000 Equity Shares. Total proceeds of the offering were $17.6 million, bringing the Company's net assets to approximately $91.6 million. The shares will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the existing symbol of DS.
The Equity Shares were offered at a price of $10.35 per Share to yield 10%.
The offering was co-led by National Bank Financial Inc., CIBC, RBC Capital Markets and will also include Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., BMO Capital Markets, GMP Securities L.P., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Raymond James.
The net proceeds of the offering will be used by the Company to invest in an actively managed portfolio of 15 Canadian companies selected from the following 20 company universe which are among the highest Canadian dividend yielding stocks.
