RYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL) (“GAMCO”) announced today that representatives of Associated Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: AC), its recently completed spin-off, will be commemorating the new company’s listing on the NYSE by ringing the opening bell on December 2, 2015.
On December 1, 2015, each shareholder of GAMCO received one share of Associated Capital for each share of GAMCO held as of the record date, November 12, 2015.
