Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Centennial Insurance Agency, LLC

ITASCA, Ill., Dec. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) today announced the acquisition of Centennial Insurance Agency, LLC based in Pueblo, Colorado.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1982, Centennial Insurance Agency (Centennial) is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property/casualty and risk management consulting and personal lines insurance services for their clients throughout the Western United States.   Mark Swanson, David Swanson, Doug Helzer, Tom Ratzlaff and their team will continue to operate in their current Colorado and New Mexico locations under the direction of James G. McFarlane, head of Gallagher's Western region retail property/casualty brokerage operation.
