AppFolio, Inc. Announces Exercise and Closing of Over-Allotment Option for Initial Public Offering

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., July 8, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AppFolio, Inc. (NASDAQ: APPF) today announced that, in connection with its initial public offering of Class A common stock, which closed on June 30, 2015, the underwriters have exercised their over-allotment option in full to purchase an additional 930,000 shares of Class A common stock from the Company at a price of $12.00 per share. As a result of the exercise and closing of the over-allotment option, the aggregate net proceeds to the Company from the initial public offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, is approximately $76.0 million.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as co-managers for the offering.
