Agrium Inc. (TSX: AGU) (NYSE: AGU) held its annual shareholders meeting on May 4, 2016, at Agrium Place in Calgary, Alberta. A total of 106,631,407 shares, representing 77.17% of shares outstanding were represented in person or by proxy.
Below are the results of the matters that were voted on by shareholders:
