Citi reiterates 'Buy' on FormFactor (Nasdaq: FORM). Price target $30.
Citi analyst says, "Significant buying opportunity — FORM -12% Wednesday on competitor downgrade owing to concerns around products and biz trends into CQ3:08. We have gone back to our sources and we think the bar is now set too low for CQ3:08 while there are flatly no new issues around FORM’s Harmony DRAM product. Going forward, we think this is a great set-up as lower breakeven should provide a near-term catalyst while a stealth new game-changing pdct architecture should be a major + catalyst moving through 2H:08."
