Grams has worked in the insurance and financial services field for five years. Prior to his financial planning career, Joel worked as a Case Manager in Springfield and Cleveland, OH. He is a 1997 graduate of Wittenberg University where he majored in Psychology. He holds Certified in Long-Term Care CLTC and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor CRPS designations.
Hensel joins the firm with three years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to working in the field, Hensel had a career in higher education for 21 years, most notably at Case Western Reserve University at The Case School of Engineering. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, he holds Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor CRPS designation.
