Susquehanna initiates coverage on Affiliated Computer Services (NYSE: ACS) with a Positive rating. Price target $55.
Susquehanna analyst says, "We believe ACS offers investors a de-risked BPO model, with low levels of customer concentration and high levels of geographic diversification. A large portion of ACS's revenue comes from government agencies, which should provide more resilience to the economic downturn. Although ACS generates the majority of its revenue from U.S. clients, its mix of non-discretionary BPO should provide stability."
