ECB Defends Greek Bank Policy

The ECB is doing some damage control following earlier reports that they were cutting off funding for some Greek banks.
The ECB said it continues to support Greek banks. They said some Greek banks moved to Emergency Liquidity Assistance. ECB says bank move pending recapitalization.
They said recapitalized Greek banks can return to normal ECB funding.
