RCM Technologies (RCMT) CFO/Treasurer/Secretary to Resign

In a Form 8-K, RCM Technologies (Nasdaq: RCMT) disclosed that its CFO, Treasurer and Secretary, Stanton Remer, will resign from his positions, effective September 30, 2008. Kevin Miller, RCM's Senior VP since January 1998, will succeed Remer as CFO.

RCM Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries engage in the design, development, and delivery of business and technology solutions for commercial and government sectors in North America.

You need to get your fact straight before posting a comment like that. These offices were accquistions and there were many people let go as a result.

Many people are leaving.

The CFO is not the only person that's leaving RCM. Out of 150 employees between the Troy and Grand Rapids, MI offices there has been well over 20 people resign in a period of 5 months. Ouch.. sounds like they need to rethink the way they do business.
