Pyramid Breweries Inc. (NASDAQ: PMID) announced that John J. Lennon has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer to pursue other business interests.
The company said Scott S. Barnum, currently a Pyramid Breweries Board Member, will replace Lennon effectively immediately.
