Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: OWW) announced the appointment of Mitch Marcus as the company's chief financial officer (CFO), effective Nov. 12, 2012.
Mitch will have global responsibility for accounting, financial planning & analysis, investor relations, tax, internal audit and treasury. He will be based at the Orbitz Worldwide headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. David Belmont, who has served as interim CFO since June 2012, will return to his position as group vice president, financial planning and analysis.
