Hercules Offshore (HERO) Names Rynd CEO/President

Hercules Offshore, Inc. (Nasdaq: HERO) today announced that its Board has appointed John Rynd as the company's CEO and President, succeeding Randall Stilley, who has resigned as CEO and President of the company and as a director. Mr. Rynd also has been appointed as a director.

Hercules Offshore, Inc. provides shallow-water drilling and marine services to the oil and natural gas exploration and production industry in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and internationally.
