ENGlobal (NASDAQ: ENG) today announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a search for a new Chief Executive Officer. William A. Coskey, P.E., co-founder and current CEO of ENGlobal, will continue as Chairman of the Board upon the appointment of his successor as CEO. Coskey, 56, assumed the CEO role at the Board's request in April 2007. As Chairman, it is expected that Coskey will continue to actively serve the Company.
ENGlobal's Board will lead the assessment of potential candidates, determine finalists for consideration, and select the new CEO. The search will encompass solely external candidates, and the Board has retained Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading international executive search firm, to assist in the process.
