Comarco, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMRO) today announced that its Board has named Samuel Inman III, its President and CEO and Winston Hickman, its VP and CFO, Treasurer. Both Mr. Inman and Mr. Hickman had previously been appointed to their respective positions on an interim basis in March of 2008.
Comarco, Inc., through its subsidiary, Comarco Wireless Technologies, Inc., designs and manufactures external mobile power adapters used to power and charge notebook computers, mobile phones, BlackBerry smartphones, iPods, and other rechargeable handheld devices.
