Clark Holdings Inc. (AMEX: GLA), announced the resignation of Christian Cook as interim President and Chief Operating Officer of Clark, effective at the close of business on September 30, 2011.
Cook, a director of AlixPartners, LLP, served in these positions during AlixPartners' engagement by Clark which concluded on the same date.
