California Micro Devices (CAMD) Names Ross as Chairman
California Micro Devices (Nasdaq: CAMD) elected Dr. Edward C. Ross as chairman of its Board of Directors.
Ross succeeds Wade F. Meyercord who had served as chairman since 1994.
Dr. Ross has served on the CMD Board since June 2002 and has been a member of its compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees for the past several years.
