BearingPoint (BE) CFO Kamerick Resigns
BearingPoint (NYSE: BE) today announced that its CFO, Eileen Kamerick, effective June 2, has resigned from the company. BearingPoint said her decision was not based on any disagreement with the Company’s accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures or otherwise.
Eddie Munson will act as BearingPoint's CFO, effective June 4, on an interim basis.
