Anesiva (ANSV) Names Kranda President/CEO

Anesiva, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANSV) today announced that its Board has appointed Michael Kranda as President and CEO, effective June 16. Mr. Kranda succeeds John P. McLaughlin, who resigned as CEO and member of the Anesiva board to pursue other business interests, while remaining a consultant to the company.

Anesiva, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, engages in the development and commercialization of novel therapeutic treatments for pain management.
