Check Point(R) Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP) announced Friday that Gil Shwed, CEO and Chairman and Marius Nacht, a founder and Vice Chairman of the Board, have implemented stock trading programs in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 under the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Both Mr. Shwed and Mr. Nacht will establish ongoing stock trading plans in order to exercise and sell options, primarily options that are nearing their expiration dates. The plans comply with the company's trading policies.
Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. and its subsidiaries develop, market, and support a range of software, and combined hardware and software products and services for information technology security worldwide.
