Acacia Subsidiary Authorizes McKesson to Use Document Generation Technology

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its Document Generation Corporation subsidiary has entered into an agreement with McKesson Information Solutions LLC covering a portfolio of patents that apply to document generation technology. This agreement resolves the parties' disputes pending in the District Courts for the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Texas.
