ancestry.com (Nasdaq: ACOM) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $75 million. The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the stock symbol "ACOM".
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, BofA/Merrill Lynch, Jefferies & Co., Piper Jaffray and BMO Capital Markets.
