Tri-Tech Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIT) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering between 1,166,667 and 1,700,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $5-$7 per share. The Company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "TRIT".
The offering is being made through Anderson & Strudwick.
Tri-Tech works with local and regional government bodies in China to design and implement systems to monitor and manage China’s natural and municipal water resources.
