Taminco Global Chemical Files $250M IPO

Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) affiliate Taminco Global Chemical filed a $250 million IPO with the SEC on form S-1 late Monday.

The company has not yet listed a stock symbol, exchange, underwriters or expected price range.

Taminco Global Chemical is the world's largest pure play producer of alkylamines and alkylamine derivatives. The company's products are used by customers in the manufacturing of everyday products primarily for the agriculture, water treatment, personal & home care, animal nutrition and oil & gas end-markets. The products provide these goods with a variety of ancillary characteristics required for optimal performance, such as neutralizing acidity, and removing contaminants.

In the Pro Forma LTM Period, Taminco generated revenue of $1,110 million, Adjusted EBITDA of $234 million, and Adjusted EBITDA margin of over 21%.
