Safety-Kleen (SK) Files $300M IPO

Safety-Kleen HoldCo. (NYSE: SK) filed a registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $300 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the stock symbol "SK".

The offering is being made through Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan.

Safety-Kleen is the leading provider of used oil collection, re-refining and recycling, and parts cleaning services in North America, and is also a market leader in providing a comprehensive set of other environmental solutions, such as containerized waste services, vacuum services and total project management services.
