Real Goods Solar (RSOL) IPO Prices at $10
Real Goods Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: RSOL) priced its initial public offering of shares of Class A common stock has been priced at $10.00 per share, the low end of the expected $12-$10 range. The Company sold 5,500,000 shares in the offering, an increase of 500,000 shares over the previously announced offering size. The shares are scheduled to begin trading May 8, 2008 on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "RSOL.
ThinkPanmure, LLC acted as bookrunning lead manager of this offering. Canaccord Adams Inc. and Broadpoint Capital, Inc. acted as co-managers.
