Quintiles Transnational Holdings Files $600M IPO

Quintiles Transnational Holdings, Inc., filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $600 million. Quintiles has not selected a market to list on or ticker to trade under as of its initial S-1 filing.
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, BofA/Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Baird, William Blair, Jefferies, Piper Jaffray, and UBS Investment Bank.
According to the filing Quintiles is "the world’s largest provider of biopharmaceutical development services and commercial outsourcing services."
