OriginOil (Nasdaq: OOIL) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $23 million. OriginOil plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "OOIL."
The offering is being made through Aegis Capital Corp.
