OriginOil (OOIL) Files $23M IPO

OriginOil (Nasdaq: OOIL) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $23 million. OriginOil plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "OOIL."

The offering is being made through Aegis Capital Corp.

OriginOil develops technologies to help algae growers extract oil from algae for commercial fuels, chemicals and foods.
